ZHANG Hua

Associate Professor

 Male, born in August 1982, Tongcheng, Anhui Province, China, PhD in Engineering. Main research areas of Dr. Zhang are urban transportation policy, transportation strategy and system planning, integrated transport governance, and complex transportation network analysis. He is in charge of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, Shanghai Pujiang Program, Excellent Young Talent Program of Tongji University, Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education of Tongji University and other vertical research projects; as a responsible person, he has completed consulting projects on transportation strategy, transportation governance and transportation prediction in Shanghai, Chongqing and Changsha; as a main member, he has participated in more than 30 consulting projects related to urban transportation; he received Second Prize of Technical Progress of Tibet Autonomous Region, Third Prize of Chongqing Urban Planning Association, etc.; published more than 20 papers, more than 10 SCI/EI retrieved papers, and won the Best Paper Award of COTA Conference in 2017; served as reviewer for conferences or journals such as WCTR, TRB, Transport Policy, etc., and undertook the secretariat work of China Urban Transport Development Forum.
